About the project

Modern mobile application for customer interaction with the loyalty system.

Tasks

  • create a simple and convenient mobile application that will allow regular customers to interact with the automated loyalty system;
  • the design of the program must correspond to the identity and trademark of the Customer;
  • the user must get all the necessary information about the chain of stores, become a member of the customer loyalty program based on an individual bonus account, scan the QR-code when paying at the checkout and accumulate bonuses.

Product catalog and product card

The product catalog in the application shows a wide range of products that can be bought in physical stores. You can select a product category and narrow your search. Get personalized offers, super cashback items, view promotions, including the weekly discount. The product card contains an image, a price, a list of stores where the product can be purchased, and “Other offers” to increase the average check of the buyer.

Challenge

  • replace the plastic loyalty card – whose time has already passed, with a convenient loyalty program on your smartphone;
  • Achieve this goal – to create an interface that will help attract about 20 thousand active users of the program;
  • Create a simple and practical mobile application so that customers can not only get all the necessary information about online stores, but also leave their feedback.

Loyalty program

Today, a loyalty program in the shop it is a #musthave. First of all, because it brings more confidence among buyers and forms the “lovemark” of the brand. A mobile application instead of a plastic card or flyers is a comfortable thing, because a loyalty program, a QR code of a card and bonuses are always at hand, in a smartphone. Our Client can foresee the needs of the buyer through push notifications, notify about promotions and discounts.

Solutions

  • we chose React Native because it is a modern universal framework that allows you to create a single project for iOS and Android;
  • implemented in the application the ability for users to access information: store addresses displayed on the map of the nearest, working hours;
  • each user who has installed the application after registration becomes a member of the customer loyalty program on the basis of an individual bonus account;
  • the system notifies customers about promotions using push notifications in the application;
  • each user can leave feedback on the work of certain stores (reviews are sent to the administrator’s e-mail).

Application support and updates

In the latest update of the mobile application, we:

  • Added a barcode scanner.
  • Gave the opportunity to evaluate the quality of service in stores.
  • Added push-up notification history section.
  • Removed products stickers in the order of accumulation of bonuses for them.
  • Introduced a system of additional bonuses for the user’s birthday.

So, as a result, we got a practical mobile application with an automated customer loyalty system, which is successfully implemented by our customers! The application is included in the TOP-30 rating of the category “Food and drinks” in the AppStore, and in the TOP-100 PlayMarket in the same category.
