The company "De-Wash" is a leading manufacturer of equipment for car washes in the CIS countries. Since 2009, the company offers turnkey car wash, business organization, components and Italian equipment, and is now introducing new contactless technologies for service.
About the project
A multi-brand mobile application with a loyalty program for carrying out operations in different car wash networks.
- create an application that can be used by different car wash networks;
- the design of the mobile application must meet the needs of the company’s identity;
- to implement convenient functionality for carrying out operations at the car wash and for interaction of the car wash customer with the loyalty system;
- the user of the application must receive all the necessary information about available networks of car washes and do payment operations in easy way.
The user of the application can scan the QR code at the car wash post and easily top up the current balance, pay for services, and also accumulate bonuses. There is ability to view the history of credit and write-offs from user’s personal account, the history of payments for a particular car wash post. And also user must get all the necessary information about the brands / networks of available car washes that are equipped by “De-Wash”.
- The app should display the various car wash networks that have purchased equipment from “De-Wash”.
- The system must identify the relevant network and display the correct account and balance of the user.
The application should serve as a single tool for payment processes at different car wash networks.
Application design and functionality
A modern interface is an integral part that will help attract car owners who will become active users of the mobile application in the future. In the application we implemented many functions for easy payment and service. With the help of the application, you can select the washing program, get recommendations on the washing process, collect statistics, bring in the system family members cars. User can also follow the history of payments and visits, accumulate money and bonuses, view information about the cost of options, receive news about promotions at a particular car wash station.
- we chose a cross-platform solution that allows us to create a single application for iOS and Android;
- we integrated into the application and made available for further interaction different networks of car washes, which are equipped by “De-Wash” company;
- we implemented a QR code, through scanning of which user can top up the account for future operations at the car wash station, fix the car wash station and view the history of payments for each station;
- the system identifies the washing post and displays the balance of user funds for it;
- we implemented account recharge for each network, and then for stations top-up through online payment systems;
- we introduced discounts, detailed analytics, a profitable loyalty program in the application,
- the application has a page of statistics (how many times and how long ago the user washed his car), billing about operations at car washes.
As a result, we have created a modern mobile application for convenient payment transactions. The application has one functionality for use on various networks of car washes, which are united by the equipment of our Customer “De-Wash”.
