Your working field:

• Maintain and upgrade existing systems
• Layout graphical mock-ups into pixel-perfect responsive web user interfaces
• Layout integrations with cms;
• Internal services and API integration with cms;
• Modules and plugins development.

• Outbound-стратегія і реалізація: пошук, ініціація та супровід первинного контакту з потенційними клієнтами
• Upwork:
  • бідинг, написання персоналізованих cover letters
  • робота з UMA, розуміння алгоритмів, оптимізація профілю
  • генерація cold leads, A/B тестування підходів
• LinkedIn:
  • створення ICP, гіпотези, messaging chains, аналітика
  • використання scraping-інструментів, Sales Navigator
• Аналітика: формування звітів, воронки, конверсії MQL → SQL
• Автоматизація: використання AI-асистентів, CRM-інструментів, outreach-систем

   

✅ Обов’язкові навички та досвід:

• 3+ років у лідогенерації або SDR-ролі
• Глибоке розуміння Upwork та LinkedIn як каналів продажів
• Досвід роботи з AI-інструментами, наприклад: ChatGPT, PhantomBuster, Instantly, Waalaxy
• Системність у тестуванні гіпотез, перевірці результатів, корекції стратегії
• Англійська — Intermediate+ або вище (для комунікації з клієнтами)

➕ Буде перевагою:

• Досвід кваліфікації лідів (BANT, CHAMP, SPIN)
• Базове розуміння технологій: Shopify, WordPress, React.js, React Native, Webflow, Laravel
• Навички email-маркетингу, роботи з CRM (Pipedrive, Hubspot тощо)
• Вміння працювати з multichannel outreach

Hard Skills:
– 3+ years of relevant experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio of successful projects.
– Proficient in Figma.
– Ability to conduct research, work with technical briefs, create Mind maps, Wireframes, interactive prototypes, UI concepts, and UI kits.
– Project organization in Figma: components, variants, auto-layout, file preparation, and export.
– Familiarity with web and mobile design standards and understanding of the latest design trends and techniques.
– Experience in graphic design is a plus.
– Upper-intermediate English proficiency.

Soft Skills:
– Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
– Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to tackle design challenges and make informed decisions.
– Attention to detail to maintain high design standards and identify potential issues before they become problems.
